Rushikesh Ravindra Mali is a dynamic Product Manager with 4+ years of experience in IoT hardware-software development, embedded systems, and sustainable product innovation. Currently leading product initiatives at Dnyanda Sustainable Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he plays a pivotal role in transforming ideas into impactful solutions that enhance safety, usability, and sustainability in the gas utility sector—driving innovation through cross-functional collaboration and user-centered design.

Rushikesh began his career at DSES in September 2020 as a Product Design Engineer, contributing to several innovative products across smart home, industrial automation, and environmental safety domains. He was promoted to Product Manager in 2021, where he manages the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to go-to-market strategy and post-launch improvement. Since then, he has led the development of the Sakha product line—a suite of intelligent gas monitoring and safety devices. He also oversaw the development of the DSES Android App, which enables remote device control and monitoring.

With expertise in product lifecycle management, UI/UX design, Agile project execution, and go-to-market strategy, Rushikesh has successfully launched MVPs, onboarded paying customers, and reduced operational burn. He has also led business operations including vendor coordination, HR planning, documentation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with multiple certifications (DIPP, MSME, Patent, Trademark).

Rushikesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwaniketan’s iMEET (University of Mumbai) and is currently pursuing an MBA in General Management from JAIN Online University to deepen his strategic and business expertise. His international exposure includes a research internship at Ural Federal University, Russia, where he collaborated on interdisciplinary projects in robotics, manufacturing systems, and machine learning.

A hands-on technologist, he is skilled in embedded hardware (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi), embedded software (C++), Python programming, AI, CAD design, and rapid prototyping. Through the KodeBumps training and incubation initiative, he has mentored engineering students and delivered 15+ sessions across institutions—promoting entrepreneurship and real-world problem solving.

Born in 1999 and based in Rasayani, Maharashtra, Rushikesh combines his engineering mindset with a passion for photography, painting, and travel. His mission is to build products that not only meet user needs but also contribute to a safer, smarter, and more sustainable future.
